Cake Studio NYC was founded by a pastry chef who spent eight years in professional kitchens before going independent. Every cake is made to order from scratch — no frozen layers, no pre-made fondant. We work with one client per day so nothing gets rushed.
Based in Astoria, we work with clients across New York City on weddings, birthdays, baby showers, and corporate events. Every piece leaves the studio handcrafted and ready to be the focal point of the table.
